The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet at night
The mattresses were a bit soggy and the bed linen was clean but a bit tired

Cattle and tea & coffee provided. Bathroom very clean and cleaned every day. Radiators in the bathroom and in the room. Windows on both sides. Mirror in the bathroom and in the room. Easy check in/out. Free parking. Quiet location. Comfortable beds. I would return!
I wasn't sure if I could use a kitchen downstairs for breakfast. Perhaps I should ask. No breakfast provided, no fridge. However, this was not such a deal for us. You can see the amenities while booking, so I do not complain.

Location. It was clean and spacious.
I felt it was overpriced for relatively basic accommodation.
