Our host was great. The issues we had were with the housekeeping. We were scheduled for one cleaning during our stay. Housekeeping came in and took the towels, only replaced them (partially) in 2 bathrooms. I expected a complete refresh in all 3 baths. All the towels were extremely rough to the feel. The Westin should have more plush, soft towels. They almost felt they were air dried. The beds were poorly made, as if made by a child. The trash cans weren’t emptied. Additionally all the sheets needed to be upgraded- they were extremely worn and thin. I did make a call about the lack of service but the concierge didn’t seem too concerned just offered to have more towels delivered and said I could out the trash out and someone would be by to pick it up. Staff at the Westin were half nice, half not. The vibe overall seemed a little tired, Westin can do better. We love those property and will continue to visit, but wish the service was a bit more escalated.

I picked this unit because of a review saying it had a great view because it was on the end of the building. That absolutely wasn’t true. The property has palms tree eye-level with all of the second floor units blocking the view. And because we were on the end the main bedroom’s balcony was right next to the loud ac units also overlooked the bbq area so all the smoke came directly onto the balcony. There is also no spa as advertised. The property is very large and on a hill so walking to the pool & beach areas was difficult. There was a shuttle service with nice drivers that was indispensable. But the service was sporadic at times. Several things in the unit were also not working. No ice maker, the kitchen faucet did not move, the appliances need to be replaced, and no daily bottled water as advertised. The positives were the high-end beds & bathrooms and modern furnishings. The pool is very large with many lounge chairs plus beach towel service. The pool bar was awesome and stays open till 10pm but stops serving food at 4pm which wasn’t advertised. The beach area was very nice because of the beautiful water. They do need more beach umbrellas though. The little deli shop had good food but very limited and had a very rude employee named Elizabeth. I highly recommend taking the Westin ferry even though it’s expensive. The convenience is worth it. The main restaurant took forever and was terrible. There are many good restaurants in town that were recommended by the concierge.

The condo was immaculate. A very short walk to the pool and beach. Gorgeous views of the bay and wonderful balconies. Everything was as advertised in the listing. Great for families! I would highly recommend!

Amazing location on the property, absolutely beautiful view and not all units have the same view! The resort is extremely well maintained and all of the staff were wonderful, we enjoyed our entire stay! We had a hiccup at checkin but no issues otherwise.
