Nice quiet location, the room was clean and air conditioned. Cleaning staff doing a great job.

Lack of parking. 2 members of bar staff where rude and very unprofessional when ordering food ! NO gluten free meals according to some staff ! Even tho it's advertised as being available. The main reason this accommodation was booked.

Lovely friendly staff, very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely staff, room was very small that was allocated but reception was very helpful and moved me to a slightly bigger room opposite. Downfall of downstairs room for me, was a consistent noise/buzzing most of the night off and on- Possibly bar cooling fans which made my sleep a little unsettled and only 3 car spaces but plenty of spaces on the main road, so not too bad.

Modern room, lovely bathroom, nice hot shower, easy to find, good size room huge plump pillows. Choice of fan or heater which was great due to no window in the room.

Upon arrival we were greeted but not in a very welcoming manner, Was a basement room with no window, very modern and fresh but needed better cleaning,very dusty all over, lampstands, kettle and phone covered in dust. Stains/marks all over the stools in room. Stain on shower mat and hairs in shower that did not belong to us. Breakfast albeit paid for with the room was disappointing, Cheap gritty ham on the eggs benedict and overcooked greasy full english. Only 4 parking spaces so parked on side road close, not a negative as such but states parking available on booking.com and all spaces were taken. Overall a good clean, better breakfast and a warmer welcome and i wouldnt be leaving anything in this box and we would return to try it again.
