This hotel is very modern in the city centre of Seville, our room was huge with a small kitchen to prepare tea and coffee.
Staff was very polite and friendly, specially the night security who walked us to the taxi as it was at 5am (he didn't have to do it, but he was very polite).
Bathroom toiletries could be improved and provide drinking water could be a good thing.

The location was excellent, the staff super friendly. The rooftop pool was very much needed in the heat and the room itself was very clean and modern. The fridge/freezer/ice cube tray and other facilities were very convenient for our stay.
The clothes hanging space was a little small but we made do by layering our dresses across the 3 hangers provided.
Im not a fan of the somewhat see through glass doors (with no sound proofing) that I've noticed more and more in hotels recently as I was travelling with a family member not a partner.
However these are such minor things as everything else was honestly amazing!

Welcome by staff was really wonderful. Location is good. Just note that taxis cannot drop you off right infront if the hotel - its about a 5min walk from the Victoria Square. The area gets very busy at night, but inside its quiet.
The room is a bit claustrophobic as the window is strange and the aircon turns itself off after a period of time.. You feel a bit closed in. It serves its purpose for a room base but not the most comfortable. The 'kitchen' corner also very tight and awkward. Overall things are a bit worn and basic
