Location in the city centre. Roof top bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful .. especially when dealing with our compliant.
Major sewage works directly outside the hotel meaning you had to walk up and down the street to get around the blocked road when getting to the rooms in the building across the road. Road was noisy and very smelly … none of which we were advised about when booking or before arrival. The ground floor room provided originally smelt damp and only had one widow for natural light that faced onto the room next doors patio area.

A truly luxurious stay in the heart of Sevilla. The room was incredibly beautiful, the indoor of the hotel was like an art museum and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will come back for sure!

Todo! Nos ha gustado muchísimo el hotel, muy limpio, el servicio muy amable y atento, el lugar muy cerca de los bares y de los edificios importantes y de las tiendas. La pequeña piscina con terraza y bar es muy agradable para descansar un rato. Volveremos!

Very clean very tidy very nice on the eyes
Being given a room with a view of the stairwell not great not nice . I think I must have got the worst room possible
