Loved the shower and bathroom facilities - relaxing bedroom lighting - bonus having a coffee machine
The toilet paper being too thin (that’s my only complaint)

Comfortable beds, clean, stylish and well located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to great local placesto be experienced like matcha tea ceremony at Aeru gojo or the local sento Hakusan-ju Rokujo
Nothing! Property and personnel weere outstanding in helping and supporting our request.

Loved everything, staff were lovely, location was great, breakfast was nutritional. Stay was almost near perfect!
The only suggestion would be to have more comfortable pillows. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Really loved this hotel! It was spacious, the bathroom amenities were great, and the staff were all wonderful (special shout out to Yoko, Bunsuke, and Miyoko!!). It was a 15 min walk from the downtown Gion area and close to Gojo subway station. The rooms had a cool modern feel with the exposed concrete coupled with nice wooden furniture. Lots of space for bags of lounging.
