The place was comfortable with modern facilities with separate shower room. All staff are friendly and there's a reliable bus shuttle to and from the airport.
The window needs double glazing to stop the traffic and the runway noise. The trees are still growing outside which will minimise when they are fully grown

Great location close to airport, restaurants, etc. Excellent staff - kind, friendly and helpful.
Mmm parking is easy, but the "Metropolis" QR parking system is a bit wonky.

Close to the airport, especially after traveling for almost 24 hours with 2 young kids and just needing sleep. The shuttle drivers were really very nice and it was great to be able to track the shuttle in real time.
The shuttle only ran once per hour on the hour so it took quite a while before we got it. The room setup was weird...as soon as you walked in, there was the sink with the toilet and shower on either side. The AC was so loud it woke me up every time it came on. Also, some more thorough cleaning is needed. We found hair on the floor in the toilet room, the little bit of carpet between the beds was dirty and the pillows had marks on them.
