Owners were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. Tea and coffee and biscuits were in the room. It was a quick walk into Buxton. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices.
The TV was a bit old and the sound wasn’t good.
The car park seemed a little small.

Lovely little place, super cosy and quaint. Slept amazingly and was such a good location. Hosts let us hold our bags in the room whilst we went on a walk on our last day too - couldn’t have asked for more.

The breakfast was outstanding and the owners were very nice and willing to help
The bed was a little small and the mattress could have been better. The parking was a bit tight for larger vehicles .

Very good breakfast all freshly cooked to our order (placed the evening before). There was parking on the premises and the street was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hosts welcoming.
The room above had a creaky floor which woke us up in the night when other guests arrived and also were up in the night. This is an older property and so to some extent this is unavoidable. My recommendation is to not stay in a ground floor room.
