Very clean place, modern.

Access was a little stressful so I'd do it before you go. The app was asking me to upload passport details (ultimately not sure that was needed). When I called the help number no one called me back. Once in the room all was good although there didn't seem to be a way to control the aircon temperature - it was either on or off.

View from the room. The area may be safe but didn’t get the vibe. Parking is bit of a challenge. Only if you get lucky you get parking on the other side of the street

No window on the 1st floor room, as well as cutlery and crockery could improved. No extraction hood , so after making our breakfast all room, clothes and the corridor smelt of bacon 🥹

The instructions from the staff and the self-check in via the website and keypad was simple. The small kitchen was a bonus, and the proximity to lots of public transport was good. Wifi was good.

The room was very dirty. The hob and all of the dishes were dirty with caked on food bits. In order to use anything they had to be washed - and there was no sponge or liquid, so a towel and hand soap had to be used. The shelves, lampshades, above the bed, etc. were thick with dust and it was obvious they had not been cleaned in a long time. The mould growing on the ceiling above the shower (and in the shower) was very evident. The smell when entering the bathroom was terrible. The walls of this hotel are very thin and conversations/tv/footsteps are easily heard. While the back of the property is a nice green space, it is where people go to smoke and talk.
