The City Pad

Location was great and Having the facilities of a studio flat was excellent. Bed was comfortable and warm. Really pleased we booked it.

Easy to find... VERY VERY difficult to access our apartment!!! Extremely frustrating. No information was sent despite submitting all sorts of info that wouldn't be needed for normal accommodation. Door codes didn't work, phone numbers advertised don't connect and just drop out. Thankfully it wasn't raining. We eventually accessed the compound on the back of some students who were going in. They both said they have seen similar access with other bookers. The system of accessing the keys is obvs for security but the various different codes given aren't clear and we eventually googled a number to speak to someone but that was sheer luck! We eventually accessed the apartment after over an hour and half of trying.we almost gave up and considered finding a hotel but we had paid for this one! When we did access the apartment it was nice. Bathroom is a bit pokey but facilities were very good...full cooker and fridge etc but no oven instructions. We managed to get it warm but struggled to cook our meal on the first night and opted for eating sandwiches the second day with a take away that night. The oven has no instructions and the dials are very worn so it was hard to even try to figure it out. On leaving there were people in two other apartments leaving at same time. We had all been given different info! Our info told us to return key to key safe at main door and take a photo. Another person was told to leave the key in the apartment meaning he couldn't lock the door on leaving meaning anyone could access it. The third person wasn't sure how to check out as she had been given no check out info at all! A nice place but stressful.

was apprehensive initially receiving codes to access location, key box and access to property but everything went perfectly. The location is excellent and room had everything and more that I wanted. Will definitely stay again

nothing

Location was excellent,so near the centre. The apartment was large, with good equipment, hob and microwave great.full size fridge. Door code on entry was so secure. Large bed and great shower. Very clean throughout.

Window was very well used and tricky to open.

It was a studio flat and the bed was comfortable

Could have been cleaned better, very dusty. Hairs found in the bed, drawers and bathroom. To get in and out of the shower very narrow.
