The setting of the hotel was lovely, with good views of the vineyard, etc. The food in the restaurant was tasty and of course the wine was great too.
The service in the restaurant was quite poor, and the room wasn't completely clean when we arrived. It has lots of potential, but seems to be let down by simple management decisions (having wine available in the rooms for purchase would have been a no-brainer, similarly there was no bottle opener in the room, we also tried to book wine tasting in advance and got no response, etc.).

The facilities were great, the view was mesmerizing and the breakfast was delicious.
Unfortunately, I booked a few weeks back the wine tasting for my husband’s birthday and when arriving, the team seemed surprised and were not ready, we felt like we were bothering them. We finally did the tasting but I had asked for a visit of the winery and they didn’t bother doing it. This left a bad taste of the overall experience.
We also had to sit outside for dinner (the weather was cold and windy) because of some dinner parties (which were not privatized).

Environment, atmosphere, dining terrace, large room, cleanliness
Breakfast was barely sufficient. Could benefit from more imagination and variety. Coffee was terrible.

It's a charming and a beautiful place. Located within the vineyards hides a real gem. A small boutique hotel with a great restaurant (the best meal we have had in Georgia in 10 days. Highly recommended!
