SI Hotel

A beautiful accommodation in Taichung. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated having a water dispenser to refill our water bottles and save on one use plastics. The drink vouchers were a great addition, where we could spend the afternoon in the communal area enjoying a coffee. We were in walking distance to some incredible food locations and having a 7/11 right on the corner is always handy when travelling with a toddler. Thank you for a lovely stay

The location and the design of the lobby and rooms were great. Washing machine is available for use too.

We got to the hotel a couple hours earlier than the check in time because of the heavy rain. We asked if we could check in slightly earlier, but the answer was absolute no. While I rarely ask for an early check in at hotels, but my husband and I were soaked in the rain, and we know for sure our room was ready. So it was quite disappointing. Also, their beverage cards are a joke. Also, I wouldn’t get the bed ‘upstairs’ room ever. The ladder was poorly designed and it was a pain to get up and down. (And I have stayed somewhere similar, and it was a no problem there)
