Good location. Front desk staff were helpful.

Night manager was really rude. I was given 3 free drink tickets because the swimming pool was not available the night/bar manager said we could only have a fruit drink. I complained to the front desk and later the night/ bar manager came over and a tore up the receipts saying they were now free. The next day me and my family of 10 met in the hotel lobby where we played games and had snack and games. On the third evening we were once again playing games and having snacks and having a bottle of wine. The night/bar manager came to our table and said we would have to order drinks for everyone including the three children. if we wanted to use the lobby. this was at approximately 6 p.m. We were setting in the lobby area. not in the restaurant At that time, we moved to our room; and continued to enjoy our evening. These incidents made for a bad experience.
