Hotel BESTPRICE Alcalá

They were very kind and friendly. I never received such a personalized experience, they left a surprise for us when we came back from Shakira’s concert! Very very lovely. The location is perfect to go to the center, also a Park nearby to walk or run and plenty of bars to have Churros or eat around!

All was perfect!

Breakfast was down the block and delicious, people were kind, facilities were clean! Reasonably priced snacks in the lobby!

Super tight parking lot, with only JUST enough spaces for everyone who was there.

Good value. Access to city centre (subway like 2 min walking). Breakfast served in nearby cafe/restaurant (also 2 min, next to subway access). Parking on site for very reasonable price. (I forgot exactly, but around 12 EUR per day)

The staff of this hotel was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. This hotel really goes above and beyond to make the stay special- we came for a concert and returned to a little goodie bag on our door handle as thanks for choosing this hotel. The location is close to easy public transportation, and the neighborhood has food and shots to visit too.
