Great, clean, comfortable modern hotel with courteous staff. The only issue, it said 8 minute walk to calle de alcala which was a bit misleading as it was 15-20 mn by car to central madrid. I am not sure if I am the one who misunderstood but there was not much to do near the hotel. Otherwise excellent!

Beautiful hotel, I just didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t stream like Netflix or Disney on the TV. The only option available were local station which is a bit boring for people that don’t speak Spanish. Overall, very nice.

We loved everything about this hotel. The food is delicious and the menu is great. The A/C was cold in the rooms. They had a nice gym to use. The service was great. They hold your bags securely if you arrive early. The shuttle is reliable, reserved and very nice. J.J. was especially great with helping us with our bags to the shuttle. There is a small flight of stairs to the main elevator. The room has good black-out curtains too.

excellent hotel, convenient for the airport with regular shuttle bus service.
Good food and staff very helpful, would recommend to anyone.
