Steps away from the vaporetto stop Fondamente Nove and an easy walk to the Rialto bridge! This property is in a quiet neighborhood and away from all the crazy touristy areas. The grocery store is a couple minutes away. The property owner provided us with a lengthy and informative email with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Highly recommend! Location is absolutely perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Alessandra was always prompt with communication, check in and check out process were easy, and we loved the location. It was quieter and away from touristy areas (but still only a short walk away), has a fruit market and well stocked grocery store only a couple of minutes away, and the water bus stop was 2-3 mins from the apartment. Rooms were comfortable (each had its own air con), two bathrooms were great and updated, and living area/kitchen space was perfect for us. Only issues we had were a quite hard mattress in main bedroom, and the nespresso machine didn’t work. Really enjoyed this apartment and would stay again! We were travelling with two adults and one teenager.

Great apartment right on the canal - everything we needed for 2 couples-beds very comfortable -fruit stand, wine & coop store minutes away- 5 minute walk to water taxi. Easy walking to all sights & great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Lenore

This was a lovely apartment that is a short walk from the best sites. It had good local food and do not be daunted by the entrance stairs!
