The room was very clean and had a lovely view; the staff was very friendly and the woman serving breakfast went above and beyond helping us find something we lost in the trash. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of things to choose from.
Location is excellent! So close to everything on foot!

Great place. Clean, quiet and well maintained. 5 min walk from restaurants, 15 min walk from 2 major Venice attractions, 7 min walk from public water taxi/bus service.
Highly Recommended. 👍👍

We loved are 3 day stay here m. In a very quiet neighbourhood which was convenient to walk to the centre as well as near the vaporetta stop.
The rooms were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel. So quiet. Breakfast was delightful- a full continental.
