Vivid Blue Serenity Resort

The view is lovely, great sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered us free car journey to Sveti Stefan as too late in season for local beach.

There is no pedestrian path out of the hotel. We did walk along the main road to the national restaurant and the bus stop (Budva one way and Petrovac the other) but it was a bit difficult. The wind whistled round the hotel at night while we were there (mid October).

Your staff was friendly and really helpful. My room was big, clean and very quiet. I also enjoyed my time at the spar. Restaurant was great too.

The pool size was the same, which does not make a beginner safe to swim as there was no life guard on site. Also the breakfast option is too slim. Just cereal and toast and egg is the main meal.please add potatoes, baked beans and sausage.

It’s a lovely hotel in a remote location so therefore quite calm. There is a bit of construction going on in surrounding areas, but the noise wasn’t awful. The view is beautiful. All of the staff are fabulous and really accommodating

Unfortunately we had experience with a yellow weather warning for wind that whistled through the hotel on the first two nights leaving us unable to sleep. It seems there are some maintenance issues that could be resolved. The manager and all of the staff handled our feedback very professionally

We loved the staff. Amazing people at the front desk. Great service during the breakfast. Also the breakfast was good. The upgrade to the ocean view balcony room was great. The welcome with mimosa felt nice. The view from the room was good.

The parking was not as per 4star hotel standards. We had to drag the bags on the road to enter the hotel from the parking lot. On the second night, while it was raining, the water came into our room from the entrance door slit. The bathroom door got stuck and it was difficult to open it. The air condition was not cooling the room, hence we couldn’t have good night sleep on both the nights, hence we decided to keep the balcony door open but it was tooo windy outside. The price we paid was for 4 star facility, but it didn’t feel that way. Again, I want to highlight, staff helped us a lot in every way possible (I have given decent rating just because we loved the staff), but they could not have adjusted the ac temperature ( as it was controlled centrally) or stopped the water from entering the room, etc
