Hotel SAILS Asakusa

It was a perfectly designed self contained space with efficient facilities. Super clean, brilliant shower and small kitchen. Bedroom could be separated with sliding doors. Couldn't have been better for our small family of 3 on our first 3 nights in Japan.

There's nothing we didn't like. I found the pillow too hard and solid but that's just my personal preference.

Quiet and walkable to Asakusa area.

This was a phenomenal stay. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities for even a long-term stay, like stove and washing machine. The staff all spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The tall girl at the reception (Asako-san I think) was so nice and helpful. The hotel is near a Family Mart and a supermarket which made things so easy for us, and it is on a 10 minute walk to Iriya-eki or a short walk to the bus station where you can go straight to Asakusa-eki or Tokyo Skytree. Our family Japan vacation wouldn't have been so nice without Hotel Sails Asakusa! Thank you from Korea :)

Nicely located in the heart of Asakusa. Staff were beyond amazing and accommodating including helping line up baseball tickets and luggage transfer. Much appreciated.

Nothing the place is great for families to stay at. It’s a true 700m to the subway but we never minded.
