This hotel is very cute. New. We got a room to fit 3-4 ( for 2 of us). Just a little more room. Clean and very useful. It was a nice area to stay for 6 days. Quite quiet, but interesting. Close to Irya train station, 1 stop to Ueno. A 7-11 store just 2 mins down the road for all the things you might need. Coffee etc.
A cute little food place over the road, opening around dinner time.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here in Sakura. The room is well thought of and very functional. Location is close to train station and convenient store. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. Highly recommended.

I have stayed two times in last and this year
So reasonable and cheapest price with the great friendly location where be connected closely with major places like Ikebukuro, Ueno, Asakusa, Akihabara, and Ginza.
Two thumbs up personally.
