Rob was very welcoming, showed us around the apartment, very good location for us as we were golfing around the area
Very clean and tidy had everything you needed for a stay definitely value for money
Nothing ,I would suggest a fan in the smaller bedroom as there's no window

Friendly, clean, quiet and comfy.
Had pretty much all that was needed for a short stay while visiting Pembrey Circuit.

cleanliness
bed comfy
First night we were cold.
For heat one needs to request it to be turned on which they do.
Shower water can spill out to floor for which one needs to be careful

Clean, comfortable, modern apartment, nice quiet location, good for sitting outside, great centralised location for all of South Wales, Welsh cakes on arrival, handy tourist leaflets available too
Host never met us once, even though cleaner said he lives upstairs, parking an issue, if drive wasn't clear had to park a distance away, worst thing was Wi-Fi doesn't connect at all, and it's essential as location has no to little signal inside and outside, having to drive into town just to get on our phones to book stuff wasn't expected in this day and age! Also one towel each for 7 days was a stretch and one roll of toilet paper for two people all week was too.
