Everything was EXCELLENT!!! I will be booking again.

Beach was nice and the room was very nice. Liked the quiet atmosphere and not crowded.

The condo was clean and well equipped, with the exception of pool towels (bring your own or buy them nearby). We used the blankets stored in the living room each night to lay on the beach and watch the sunsets. The sea view from the balcony was amazing and it was so enjoyable coming into the living room each morning to the sight of nothing but ocean through the sliding doors. The resort has the best section of the beach in Puerto Peñasco and is a really manageable walk along the seafront to the main town using the walkway near the Sonoran Sea. The resort itself is a little dated, but was very clean and safe and we enjoyed going down to the Tiki Bar for happy hour with Hector. Only other feedback is that we once got back to my car in the main parking lot to find cones behind it and fresh concrete poured into a pothole directly behind the parking bay; little odd that nobody waited for my car to be removed before pouring concrete behind it.

Condo was not up to expectations showed online. Had zero Internet asked for help, still didn't work, TV going out the whole time. Employees excellent. Will not return again to the same property.
