Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we’ve ever rented from Tidelife, and we’ve been coming here for 32 years! I have to tell you that it was a very rewarding experience. Your promptness in addressing some minor maintenance needs was very much appreciated! Clint was very professional and took care of everything! Even down to getting us a portable propane tank for the grill when there was a leak in the original hose! And when the owner came out on Sunday morning to clean out the pool after a big storm, we were blown away! What a nice man, and we told him he had certainly chosen a respectable, responsible rental company to represent him. There are only a couple of things I would recommend: linens that fit the beds and pillows. The sheets were soft enough but they pulled off of the mattresses and the pillow cases were too short, too. New pillows for the king size bed on the first floor - they were flat as pancakes! And I know there are lights hanging around the rooms, but a few lamps would be a nice touch, and make it feel warmer! I know the owners haven’t owned the house for very long, and he told my husband they are planning on doing updates every year, (the bathroom in the downstairs hallway is wonderful, and the pool area is beautiful!), so we are really looking forward to seeing the newest updates next year! Thanks for a delightful two weeks! Can’t wait until next year!
