Very nice room beautiful views.

No staff available. No refills of coffee or water.

Restaurants and the food was amazing. Location was great. There is even a small beach next to the hotel. The view was faboulous.

Beds and pillows were not so comfortable. No closet available. Just a small open space to hang clothes which could create a problem for the long stays.

The location is very good, the hotel has a little beach next to it, a beautiful view on the sea. The waiting staff is very well mannered

1.The room did not reflect the cost:there was a damage on the door, a broken tile near the toilet, mouldy silicon and lot of limescale around the shower 2. The breakfast was very limited, a la cart with few options to choose. Again, for the price paid I was expecting a buffet

Nice room. Comfy bed, great to have tea/coffee making facilities & fridge. Kayak rental was a nice extra.

There was never anyone on reception. I was sent correct then incorrect check-in links and the room details inc key safe number were for a different booking reference. I could not speak to anyone about this at all. The fire alarm went off and no staff said a thing. We could not get out of the doors used to access the lift area which appeared locked (first floor) and it was confusing, people were just sticking their heads out of the doors and not evacuating. Ended up leaving via the door with the red bar after starting to panic that we could not get out.
