Minor facility issues

The property was very clean and close to all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We requested for late check out and they adjusted accordingly. Really cooperative property owner.

The key pickup area was too far and complicated.

Location was perfect, and the room was great for the number of people we had.

More towels could be the only thing that I would recommend. Everything else was great.

The q1 location is great, Q1 facilities are lovely. The apartments good for the lower price we paid

There is actually a note saying if they give you the wrong keys to call after hours. We called multiple times, from 4pm-7pm we had a huge day went to the aqua park banking on a shower to get the salt water off, and were exhausted.. The next day they called to say they would send a locksmith, they didn’t but a courier dropped off a new set, they said the owner took the keys. The morning we checked out the locksmith came, said that they gave us keys to an apartment on a different level they owned and our keys to them. So they could have got into our room and vice versa.. asked for a phone call. I didn’t get one other than to tell me a locksmith was coming
