The room had a great view over the city and further afield. We appreciated that they made the sofa bed up into two singles for our children. The bath was the biggest bath I've seen and the kids LOVED it! The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The free drinks in the fridge were appreciated and the welcome pack for the kids were enjoyed too. The breakfast was also excellent. The reception area had a lovely smell too.
We stopped here on our journey from St Malo down to Montpellier. It was a great stay over.
You need to reserve parking and the EV charger. There was a miscommunication, where I thought we had booked it, but we hadn't. The carpark has a very low roof so it was a bit treacherous driving in the carpark with a roof box only to find out we couldn't use the space. My husband then had to find a charging point about a 5 mins walk away.
The A/C didn't work very well so the room was a bit warm.

Clean and comfortable. Maybe a bit pricey
Location is a bit off-centre. Clearly more geared towards local industries visitors. Nos necessarily a bad think but it depends on what you are looking for.
