Loved the quirky rooms and the staff were super friendly and really helpful with great recommendations. The nearby car park provided good se are parking for our motorbike, and it was also lovely having the bar area for a nightcap before bed.

General hotel vibe, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, location in a quiet street close to historic center and tramway line, good breakfast
tiny room, low lighting, few amenities (no water/glass in room, no safe available), no direct transport line to the station

The hotel is in a very good position, very close to the center. It has a very nice lobby. The reception staff is very friendly, kind and available. Even if a bit more of English knowledge would have been appreciated! But the commitment to communicate made up for the lack.
As I arrived, at 9:15 am, for breakfast, I have been told nothing gluten free was left :-( During the night we suffered for the heat cause too heavy cover for beds considering the season. The third bed wasn't done and it was quite uncomfortable.
