huge 8 level, well designed & operated hostel with lots of facilities and spaces, small rooftop pool area. dorm room: pod beds, comfortable with light & outlet, large lockers (if you're 175cm or less hard to see lock position at the top); limited drying racks for 8 people, good shower and toilet separate in room; big windows and fresh air! guest kitchen has multiple cooktops and sinks. can feel a bit like a factory, but is a very good hostel alcohol can be a focus for socialising, but range of large spaces give options for own time. location has many 'western' services immediately available in Poblado (and also a party vibe), 15 mins easy walk to metro station - line A gives excellent access to centre, also bus Terminal Sur is a short taxi ride away. This hostel is a 10 because of its excellent features, comfort and operation (just some small points could be better)

hostel intro at checkin could be a lot better: - basics: use white card/band to access elevator and room; put card with stay dates on the bed that you choose - facilities list - more than what is on list at elevator (have a page in the whatsapp link): L1 reception, tours, bar, food L8 pool, bar, - guest kitchen - have symbols on the cupboard doors so people know where to find things, pen to label food. - tour desk : easy when staff, but if not there is a complicated online credit card registration process (and lots of reception confusion about start time of desk - and probably will miss the day tour as its then too late) - much easier to book via alt website such as Real City Tours

Can be a bit expensive

Comfortable beds. Great storage for bags. Hot watering the shower. Delicious hamburgers in the restaurant next door.

This hostel has a serious issue with cockroaches. There was a lot of them in the bathroom area, which was disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend because of this. No aircondition in the dorm and some of the individual fans are very loud.
