Comfortable appartment. The room had all we needed, and is in a very convenient location close to Nippombashi station. Wonderful staff. Great price.

I stay at this hotel every year and always have a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They always do their best to accommodate my requests, which I truly appreciate.
The only thing to keep in mind is that it can feel quite cold during the winter season. Other than that, everything is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to help me. I had a couple of issues and they were resolved fast.
The apartment was not what the photos looked like. One of the air-conditioners broke one night and just older than what it looks like in the photos needs an update.
