Great accommodations for the price. Not sure why there were bad reviews, maybe they were expecting luxury accommodations on a budget? I went in with low expectations due to the mixed reviews but found nothing to complain about. Clean, fully equipped. Great views with balcony, great location by Waikiki, free parking. Koko Resorts was extremely responsive to any requests we had. There were 3-4 new airbeds in the closet. Clean sheets and towels, hot water in the shower, what more do you need. Absolutely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed Oahu and this condo that was very comfortable for all of us. It was quiet when we wanted it and we could walk to Waikiki for whatever we needed. There is a pool when the beach is less visible and we just didn’t want to clean up sand again.

Easy check in and out. Very convenient, great location, walking distance to good restaurants and beach. Parking was a plus. This place has everything we need during our stay.

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the condo. It was listed as remodeled, but we don't know where. We had a list of 19 items that were either not working or not clean. Overall needs a thorough cleaning, repair of doors and paint. Black mold was noted under the lip of the bathroom sink, coffee maker, stove, outside of refrigerator rusty and space between it and counter filty. Some repairs were done a few days before we left. No instructions for TV and WiFi not working. Would be nice to get a rebate for our inconvenience.
