Very nice complex with two very nice pools. This unit was very clean and was exactly what our family needed.

Condo was as advertised. Great location right across the street from the beach and literally next door to the condo office. Would gladly rent this unit again.

Very nice property with a great location both locally and within the condominium complex! We've stayed in several different units at The Dawn. This one is spacious and close to the beach, pools, and parking. The first floor location is great since there are no elevators. We found the property clean but the complex is older and there are few updates. Minimal supplies but adequate. We will book again!
