Citrus Park Hotel

What I liked about Citrus Park Hotel: 1. The hotel is just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, which is amazing. 2. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I received help and support whenever I had a question or needed anything. 3. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly.

What I didn’t like about Citrus Park Hotel: 1. The cleaning is quite superficial. The towels are changed and the trash is taken out, and the bed linen is changed once every two days, which is perfectly normal. However, more thorough cleaning doesn’t seem to be done — for example, vacuuming the room or properly cleaning the bathroom, shower, etc. 2. The breakfast has a very limited selection of food. We were expecting something much more traditionally Turkish. Each day, only about two dishes were added or changed, while the rest remained the same and were mostly European-style options. Maybe this is something that could be improved in the future. 3. There is no iron available or ironing service at the hotel. We actually had to go to the mall and buy an iron ourselves. At almost every hotel we’ve stayed at before, an iron was available upon request. This time we were on vacation, but if guests are staying for conferences, team-building events, or business meetings, office wear and suits often need to be ironed after being packed in luggage. After we were initially told that an iron was not available, we were later told to go to a room on the -1 floor and use the iron there. Unfortunately, the iron was broken and didn’t work.

Really nice hotel, great value for the money. I will come back again to stay at your lovely hotel.

It was very clean and had a lot of facilities. The staff was so nice, when asked. The room is very accommodating for 2 people and also it’s worth the price. The breakfast was also great. Overall an amazing stay!

قريب جدا جدا من البحر 5 دقائق مشي ، الإفطار كان جيد الغرفة واسعه الحمام نظيف توفير تاكسي بسرعه يعمل بالعداد بيتكلمو إنجليزي بطلاقه وخاصة البنت اللي موجوده صباحا وظهرا توزيع ماء يوميا ومناشف ومناديل حمام .

يوجد درجه صغيره بين ممر المسبح والمطعم المؤدي للفندق تعرضت بسببه ابنتي لكدمه وتورم في كامل قدمها والكاحل من اول يوم في الاجازه وذهبنا للمستشفى على حسابي الخاص !!!!😢الفرش قديم وأغطية المخدات كانت صفراء لم تكن نظيفه تماما ! عدم تنوع الأفطار الغرفه غير امنه تحت ! اعتقدت جاردن يعني حديقه ولكن اتضح انها بالقبو وجميع الغرف تستطيع الدخول على الكل ويستطيعون رؤى من بالغرفه لايوجد خصوصيه ،
