The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh

A large and incredibly beautiful resort. The staff were friendly and helpful; I would especially like to single out the receptionists, the pool attendant A. Tafa, and the room cleaner A. Elfatah.

There should have been more food options.

There are a few things that could be improved. There are too many stairs, which makes moving around the hotel a bit difficult. You also have to pay for life jackets and snorkeling masks, while these were provided free of charge at the other hotel I stayed at. The room also lacked basic amenities, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and body lotion. In addition, only two small bottles of water were provided in the room, which is not enough,the pool towels are very old and damaged

The property has everything you need - pharmacy, souvenir shops and all the restaurants and pools. The rooms have hairdryers and are spacious enough to store your luggage

Some of the staff was giving attitude. Some of the bartenders were rude.
