Escaleras!

Good locaction with conections to metro lines. Spacious apartment with all ammenities you would need. Communication and check-on were easy.

We needed to use the washing maschine but there was not one detergent capsule we could use. Also, there is a rope to hang the clothes to dry, but no clothespins, so the wind could easily blow the clothes off.

Location as desired.

No bed linen for the Duvets - I have been travelling to Spain for many years - never before have I been expected to use a Duvet that someone else has slept under without a Duvet Cover - totally unhygenic and unacceptable. I did not like being told that I could only use an Italian Coffee Maker - a facility to make one cup of coffee at a time when the Filter Coffee Machine could have easily have been replaced. This apartment is aimed at 4 people sharing!
