Since April 1, 2026, the tourist tax has been increased following a controversial decision by the Barcelona City Council.
The new amount is €10.45 per person per night (incl. VAT) for all guests aged 17 years or older, with a maximum of 7 nights.
As a legal tourist apartment, we are required to collect this tax upon arrival at the accommodation.
This apartment with a warm decoration and all the comforts for an excellent holiday in Barcelona is located in the Eixample district. It is an ideal accommodation for 6 people, which is composed of 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen open to the large living/dining room and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The apartment is located next to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, which is the most visited monument in Barcelona and even in Spain. The area is lively, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is available next to the apartment.

We experienced outstanding hospitality and great tips to get around and enjoy Barcelona, from this property owner. Great location to Sangrada Família and the Metro, to explore even more. Wonderful neighborhood and the property is clean and beautiful. Above my expectations, recommend to all.

The perfect location to stay in Barcelona! A 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Close to Metro stations. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our far too short stay in this beautiful city. Communication was great! Hopefully we will stay again!

We were all impressed by the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and very stylishly decorated. It was equipped with (almost) everything we needed. I think we only missed coffee for the coffee machine. Our 2-night stay was quiet and relaxing. The apartment is very close to a Metro station, so we were able to quickly make it to the heart of the city. Sant Pau Recinte Modernista (one of our destinations) was within walking distance. we have nothing but praise for our landlord as well. He was most accommodating and eager to give us practical advice about the city. We had a marvelous time in Barcelona.

We felt very comfortable and safe in this apartment. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and the Historic Sant Pau Hosbital but away from the noise and busier touristy areas. The management was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and met all our needs.
