100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staff were super friendly and accommodating and we always felt safe. It was my birthday and Tamara and her team gifted us a room upgrade and bottle of wine then came down to check on us the next day when we were leaving as it was only a short trip. The food and coffee were also delicious and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to.
Honestly no notes.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming that’s why we came back. Convient and close to restaurants and mall for shopping and we felt safe Food was good .. Room was clean
We stayed at the Hyde before This time there was a smoke smell in the bathroom that didn’t go away the staff even put diffusers in room and bathroom It didn’t help. Strange because we didn’t have that before

Nicely furnished and laid out. Smells nice as soon as you get in. Great vibe and friendly/helpful staff.
Great restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop, and centrally located within the Rosebank precinct.
Quiet air conditioner.
The room was next to the service lift. It made noise nonstop from early morning/dawn, and the water pipes (I assume) too. constantly made noise for almost the entire night. Very noisy and uncomfortable, and had to be awake early. Spoiled the whole experience.
