Enjoy this magnificent 52 square meter apartment located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near the Place de la BASTILLE, very dynamic and undead but also very charming. You will find the rue de Lappe, known for its many bars and festive atmosphere, the famous Opera de Bastille and the Canal Saint Martin.

La Coulée Verte, or walkway are located near the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal.
