Right next to the pool. Very short drive to the beach. Get the beach permit and drive on the beach. Lots of sea shells on the beach for souvenirs Best place to stay while visiting the gulf and Matagorda.Would definitely come back again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. If I had a complaint to make, it would be that the kitchen was actually overstocked, not much room left for items we brought in case we needed them. It’s clean , quiet and convenient to all of our activities.

One of the better outfitted Dunes rentals, had everything we needed. Make sure you bring plenty of bugspray if you stay at the Dunes, mosquitos swarm constantly!
