My son, husband and I visited the Keys for the first time and enjoyed it so much. Our stay at Key Colony was wonderful. The complex was clean, located in a great area and so peaceful. Glad we stayed here for our first time to Marathon.

Property was better then expected, we were there for three days, hope to come back next year for a week!

The condo was clean and well equipped. Loved the beach and pool. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back!

No real beach area. There is a sandy area by the water but limited water access. Water access roped off, unable to use neighboring beach area, literally have a 2 foot area by the rocks to enter the water that is not kid friendly.
