This hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the studio room was comfortable and well-kitted out.
I couldn't quite figure out how to use the TV, but I suspect that was my issue, rather than an issue with the hotel!

The location, the value and the offer by the hotel management to refund half the cost of the second night when the air conditioning wasn’t working.
Nothing.

Friendly staff, stylish, clean & well equipped apartments. Quiet at night, despite being in a busy location, very conveniently situated near a tube station. Oh, and the toiletries smelt divine!
Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the room had everything you could need. We were only there for one night so only used the kettle but you could cook yourself a full meal if you wanted to.
Very clean and very quiet considering its on a main road.
If you don't fancy cooking, there are dozens of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.
The bed was a bit low but wasn't a problem.
