Waking up every morning to the water. Spending the evenings on the balcony over the water. This place is an absolute treat. Clean, everything we needed. Helpful customer service. Really enjoyable stay.

It was amazing.

The communication was regular and very clear instructions which made things easy, the location was lovely and easy to get to places in Brighton

The location was amazing and clean and tidy Pleasant stay comfortable beds responsive communication thank you

there was no flexibility for early check-in (considering check out is at 11 am for guests- asking for a check in at 1:30 pm seems a very reasonable request) when I asked for information regarding early parking I wasn’t given it and told I had to wait until a certain time - Slightly bizarre. (when someone is travelling a long distance it isn’t very helpful for planning the day considering there’s a late check-in at 4 pm) thankfully I did my own research and spoke to a very nice security guard at the car park who was very helpful. considering the cost it would’ve been nice to have a little bit of flexibility and information.
