The host was friendly and helpful. I got locked out of my room, and after a few knocks at her door, she was available to let me back in. The room was clean and well kept, if a bit small. But I only needed it to sleep in while I was in Brighton.
I stepped out in a bathrobe without my phone to use the loo, and I was locked out of my room. The codes for the doors were too long, and I got locked out of my room as I was not aware that the door would lock automatically once I stepped out.

Location excellent as a cheaper option while I visited friends in an expensive hotel down the road. Good travel connections. Very clean and comfortable.
Very nice toiletries, snacks etc. My opinion is coloured by travelling on the hottest day of the year....would have loved more ventilation, cool air etc
The automatic opening of doors using code numbers did not work well....don't know why! The codes seemed to be difficult to find on the communication AND didn't work well when located. I found this irritating.
The contact numbers lead to voicemails and dead lines. The human beings who eventually appeared to help were lovely and sorted issues fast.
