Location was amazing, can't beat the view! A few minor issues (missing screen door, toilet running), otherwise it was fantastic.

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The coffee bar was stocked with k cups and creamer. Check in was easy too!

We have stayed several times at Seascape Resort but have never stayed in such a beautiful location with such an incredible view and sounds of the ocean. The unit was very clean and well stocked but the fireplace wasn't working and the whole resort is going through an upgrade which closed the path down to the beach and the main swimming pool and jacuzzi and we were not notified of another possibility for 24 hours. I understand these are not the Property Managers fault but it did lead to less than a 5 Star experience for us this time. Since the resort is being upgraded, I would recommend asking the property managers to confirm that everything advertised is available as it should have been for us.

The TV remote was broken on arrival. with many visible stains. Key to the hot tubs and pools was promised but not provided. We called the VRBO host left message got no response. The carpet was clean by feel, but deteriorated
