We had a girls trip to Pismo and this place fit all our needs. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and would come back and stay here again.Thank you Mary

Location was great and there was plenty of room. Some issues, tho: - life-threatening danger of ZERO WORKING SMOKE ALARMS. They were all either visibly removed leaving behind just the plastic plate that went there, or they were left there with the battery compartment open and empty. - kitchen table needed to be wiped down - one bedroom's shade was thin and damaged, making it difficult to sleep in - all of the windows were open, some didn't close easily, and the road noise through the open windows was not conducive to sleeping.
