Everything was fantastic. Condo was very nice with great views of the gulf from the 16th floor. Check in was easy. Tram service was nice to have.

This condo was exactly as it was described. Very clean and looks to have had recent painting done. The kitchen was well equipped the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Overall a great property! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the property pool was being remodeled and the walk back from the beach was very messy. Once it’s done, it will be beautiful. The check-in process was not great because none of the codes we were provided for the gates and doors worked. This was annoying after a long day of travel, but they were quick to communicate with us and get it corrected. Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again.

Loved the property! Would stay again

The view was spectacular. Access to the beach was super easy, and a short distance. The building felt secure. The size of the condo was great for 5 people. We each had space. The water heater was as small, so when we came in from the beach and needed to shower only the first 3 people had warm water. That’s a problem when 5 need to shower. The umbrellas we rented were extremely flimsy. Daily we had to fight them on the beach when the umbrella flipped inside out and came loose from the sand. Bring toilet paper if you plan on staying more than 3 days. They only give 2 rolls per bathroom.
