Gran Hotel de Querétaro

the location was centrally located. Staff at checkin was friendly and helpful with restaurant and tour suggestions. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and had a good selection of menu items.

Our room was on the street on the corner of the building so there was a good amount of traffic noise all day and night.

The location is perfect for exploring.

Bathrooms smell terrible and I hate carpets on the floors of the rooms, just collects too much dust!

Location, location, location. Restaurant was good as well.

The interior rooms on the inside is open to the VIP restaurant down below, and of course they play their music fairly loud during business hours, but the first two days 6:55 in the morning. The workers who are preparing to open. We play at the music extremely loud that’s waking me up immediately. Then they moved this to an outside suite with balconies, which was nice because it had views and fresh air, but the street noise was incredible. So I don’t know which was worse. I did buy some earplugs, and I slept very good last night.
