Very well-maintained. Beautiful view from the main level balcony. Pool is wonderful. Host easy to deal with. We heartily recommend this house.

We definitely hit the jackpot on this property and its location. I researched OBX forever and decided to pull the trigger when I stumbled upon this beautiful home.
The owner is extremely responsive and incredibly helpful in helping us learn the lay of the land.
The home was very clean and well organized with a well planned kitchen.
We are close enough to the playground within 15 minutes walk as well as Duck Donuts which was a daily event.
The pool is fabulous and we love the shade it offers in the hot afternoons.

Perfect! The 75 foot pool is great for grandchildren, only 4 feet deep! Gated golf course community, very safe.

Bigger TV in Family room. Kitchen needs much improvement regarding utensils. There was no BBQ tools. No tools to crack clams, crab etc.
