Clean and exactly as pictured! We weren’t aware that the bedrooms downstairs were not accessible from inside the home but other than that everything was wonderful. The house offered plenty of games and activities like bikes, kayaks, etc. They had plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances as well as beach towels! Everything worked as expected and was well worth the money. We had a great experience and trip to the Keys.

lovely home well equipped. the few surprises were the distanced required to travel by boat to get to gulf or ocean was excessively long.
also, with house, the house layout is not described well. the two bedrooms at the lower part of the house are not connected to the upper part of house with inside stair access.
Those sleeping downstairs had to go outside and climb stairs leading to the screened in deck on second level to gain access to kitchen and rest of house.
