Boating guests are especially delighted by this homes 75 ft. of canal front dockage and ease of access to the Gulf. This property was wonderful. We had 10 people and had plenty of room. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups. Water access was great and we had plenty of room for our 31' boat. The dockage was great and being at the mouth of the canal, the view into the Gulf is nice. This house had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were just right. You could sit in either and look out into the Gulf and just relax. We don't normally have such a large group when we come to Marathon, but if I ever do, I will definitely rebook this property.

Very nice place. Good location for boat access to gulf. Would stay again. Maintenance issues: - Sliding door from kitchen to pool area was hard to open. - bed in one bedroom was in need of replacement. - TV screen in bedroom was bad.

We have a wheel chair bound guest. This property returned in an accessible search. Its only partially accessible and requires going outside to get to the livingroom.
