Guests have access to use the washing machine/dryer in the ground level.
We are welcome for businesses to send their employees for work during the week.
On the weekends we generally cater for guests coming to experience Newcastle Night Life. ( We are welcome groups of hens/ stags or generally guest coming to the party)

The way the house was clean
The rooms are spacious.
Points to improve on more plates cups and any other crockery to make it more homely especially on the kitchen side . We wanted plates and cereal bowls for our family we could not get enough as they had only bare minimum for a house big to Acc 17/18 please work on getting crockery.
